Operator Qualification (OQ) applies to particular covered tasks on regulated pipeline facilities under the pipeline operator's qualification program; ordinary plumbing licensure does not automatically grant those qualifications. VIP PlumbingOk's qualification status for a specific operator's covered task must be verified before accepting that work. Call our office with the facility, operator and job details. Do not assume OQ is required for every customer-side appliance or building gas-piping repair.
